I volunteered for 2 months at a biodynamic farm in Helsinki 🇫🇮. No chemicals, no machines, just like it used to be done at the beginning. It was hell painful and exhausting 🤣.

• How do you like to run meetings?

  I like to make goal-oriented meetings so everyone knows what need to be achieved. Is there any preparation we need to do? Attach it to the meeting event.. What was the resolution? Write it down somewhere. Who has ownership of that action/resolution? White it down too.
