Richard Kaarna

Richard Kaarna has a varied work experience. In 2014, they worked as a Magician at Close-up Magician. In 2016, they started their own business as a Freelance Web and Graphic Designer. From 2017 onwards, they worked as a Freelance Video Editor. In 2019, they joined Atlasbalans as a Creative Content Manager until 2020. Richard then worked at Exela Media Group as a Video Director, where they helped the company build systems and created visually appealing videos until 2021. Later, they joined MADMONQ as a Senior Social Media Content Creator until 2023. Currently, they are the Head of Video at Exela Media Group.

Richard Kaarna attended the Tallinn Polytechnic School from 2013 to 2016. During this time, they pursued a degree in Web/Multimedia Management and Webmaster, focusing on the field of Graphic Design.
