Rachel Brand

Rachel Brand is currently serving as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Walmart. Prior to this role, Rachel was the Associate Attorney General of the United States at the U.S. Department of Justice and has held various key positions in other prestigious organizations such as George Mason University, Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board, and the United States Chamber Litigation Center. Rachel's impressive career also includes serving as a Law Clerk to Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy at the Supreme Court of the United States and working as an Associate Counsel to the President at The White House. Rachel holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Minnesota Morris.
