Napoleon is a Partner at Founders Fund, where he focuses on growth investing. He sits on the board of RigUp, The Athletic and Zenreach, and is an observer at Flexport, Newfront Insurance, Nubank, Postmates, Scale Labs and Tagomi Systems. He also helped develop Founders Fund’s cryptocurrency thesis, leading to its initial investment in Bitcoin.

Napoleon holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BS from the University of Colorado.
