Mark Pavlika

Mark (Pav) Pavlika has a diverse range of work experience. Mark (Pav) is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Bicycle, a startup media experience agency. Mark (Pav)'srole involves helping the agency grow, developing their employer brand, and enhancing their culture. Mark (Pav) also serves as a Board Trustee at Rainbow Youth Centre, working towards creating a safe environment for LGBTQI+ youth. In addition, Mark has been involved with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) for many years, holding various positions such as Regional Facilitator, Committee Member, Chairman of the North London Branch, and Branch Treasurer & Vice Chair. Mark (Pav) also runs their coaching business called Coaching by Pav and serves as a Startup Mentor at the University of East Anglia. Mark has previously worked as the People Director at Vision Nine Group, NASS Festival Limited, BOARDMASTERS Limited, and WeAreFearless, where they contributed to the success of various music festivals and events.

Mark (Pav) Pavlika (FCIPD) completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from CIPD Qualifications in the years 2006-2008. Mark (Pav) also completed an AAT Foundation course at the University of Westminster in 1995-1996. Additionally, they attended Winchmore School from 1982 to 1988. More recently, Pavlika pursued mindfulness training at Mindfulness Now in 2019-2020. Mark (Pav) also completed a coaching program, earning a Level 7 Executive & Coaching degree from the British School of Coaching from 2020 to 2022.
