Giada Gastaldello

Giada is a Content Marketing Writer on the team at Maze. She decided to join Maze because she liked the product, brand and is interested in the design world. She was also looking for a dynamic, collaborative culture and found that Maze would be a company where she could grow professionally and really contribute to the team’s success.

Before joining Maze, Giada worked as a Content Writer at Fintech and Tech Recruitment companies. She worked with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to plan the editorial calendar and create new content to educate and engage users, while finding innovative ways to promote the product.

When asked about what her values are and how they coincide with her work Giada said,

“I think respect and openness are key to create a collaborative environment where everyone feels listened to and valued. I value the ability to adapt to new changes, strategies, and work habits. Also, I value curiosity because it means never stop learning, keep improving.”

To keep a productive and happy balance while working from home, Giada sets up specific work hours and sticks to them. When work hours are over, she forces herself to get out of the “office” and recharge.
