They have worked as client directors, business directors, advisors, volunteers, and co-founders at various companies including Bountifulcow, Arena Media UK, Demelza Hospice Care for Children, The Trussell Trust, TBWA \ London, and Fuel Media. They also have a wide range of education histories, including degrees from Brunel University London, University of Hull, IPA, University of Plymouth, and London Business School.
