David A. Zapolsky

David Zapolsky has extensive experience in legal, policy, compliance, and regulatory affairs. David has worked in various positions at Amazon since November 1999, including Senior Vice President of Global Public Policy & General Counsel. Prior to Amazon, David worked at law firms such as Dorsey & Whitney LLP and Bogle & Gates, handling civil litigation and white collar defense matters. David has also taught Technology Law and Policy at various universities like Seattle University School of Law, University of California, Berkeley, and University of Washington School of Law. David holds a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and an A.B. in Music from Columbia University.
