Beri Ridgeway

Beri Ridgeway is the current Chief of Staff at Cleveland Clinic. Beri has worked for the Cleveland Clinic for over 15 years in various positions. In their most recent role as Associate Chief of Staff, they were involved in organizing the initial response for Cleveland Clinic to the COVID-19 pandemic. This included organizing teams related to the reduction of surgical services as well as initiatives to increase access for patients via surgical visits, face-to-face visits, and telemedicine. Prior to this role, they served as the Chair of the Institutional Review Board at the University of California, Riverside.
