13th Street Kitchens is a restaurant collective founded by Michael and Jeniphur Pasquarello and run by a tight knit family of passionate food and beverage experts and enthusiasts. 

Founded in 2003 and built around five distinct locations throughout Philadelphia, 13th Street Kitchens’ concepts are unified through their shared passion for seasonal and local food and beverage, high integrity sourcing, and genuine hospitality.
